Your device’s AppleCare+ warranty has been automatically activated for you.

Where to Go for Repairs

  • The ISF IT Help Desk 
    • Located in Charles Kao Square (CKS), the ISF IT Help Desk is able to support students if they have problems with any device purchased through the 1-to-1 purchase program. This includes physical damage.

      • Sat, Sun & Public Holidays: Closed
  • Apple Store
    • While your AppleCare+ warranty is active (2-years for iPads, 3-years for laptops) you can take your device to any Apple store globally for service and support.
  • Senco-Masslink
    • While your AppleCare+ and Senco-Masslink service and support is active (2-years for iPads AppleCare+ and 1-year Senco-Masslink, 3-years for laptops) you can take also take your device to Senco-Masslink’s office for service and support.
    • Note: if your iPad is in its 3rd year of warranty coverage, seek service support directly from Senco-Masslink.
