🛡️ Warranty & AppleCare+

iPads and MacBook laptops purchased through Senco-Masslink Technology Ltd. and the school purchase program include a three-year warranty. AppleCare+ warranty repairs are subject to a service fee and cover up to two incidents of accidental damage from handling. Please note that terms and conditions are subject to change.

iPad Warranty

Includes two years of AppleCare+ and a one-year hardware warranty provided by Senco-Masslink Ltd.

The third-year service warranty by Senco-Masslink requires a handling fee and does NOT cover accidental or user-inflicted damage.

MacBook Laptop Warranty

Includes a three-year AppleCare+ protection plan.

Your device’s AppleCare+ warranty is automatically activated upon purchase.

The ISF IT Help Desk

Located in Charles Kao Square (CKS), the IT Help Desk supports students with any device purchased through the school’s 1-to-1 program. This support includes assistance with physical damage.

Senco-Masslink Office

While your AppleCare+ or Senco-Masslink warranty is active, you may take your device to their office for support. Note: If your iPad is in its third year of coverage, please contact Senco-Masslink directly for service.

Apple Store

While your AppleCare+ warranty is active (two years for iPads, three years for laptops), you may take your device to any Apple Store worldwide for service and support.
